Red Light Therapy Terms & Conditions
REFUND POLICY – ONLINE PURCHASES
Customers will have 14 days cooling off period from the day of their online purchase to request a refund. If no minutes have been used then the refund will be in full, if some sessions have been used then refund will be for the remaining sessions. Please note, if all sessions have been used then no refund will be available within the cooling off period.
Customers will be entitled to a refund if the below criteria and process has been followed:
Customer informs the business in writing that they wish to proceed with a refund via customerservices@tfgg.co.uk or Unit 6, Morton Park, Darlington DL1 4PG.
The refund request is within 14 days of purchasing the service online.
Please note that if the incorrect package is purchased online customers will have the option to exchange the minutes to a suitable package.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only available for medical reasons upon receipt of a valid medical certificate. All refund requests must be processed through our customer service team at customerservices@tfgg.co.uk, proof of purchase may be required to process a refund.
PACKAGES
Red Light Therapy beds have the following options
- 1 intro session 10 minute
- 1 session 15 minutes
- 5 session package (15 minutes each)
- 10 session package (15 minutes each)
EXPIRATION OF SESSIONS & PACKAGES
Please note that packages and sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
We may be able to pause packages in exceptional circumstances which mean you are not able to use the entire package in the 12-month period.
We may also be able to pause memberships in exceptional circumstances. However, these requests must be sent in writing customerservices@tfgg.co.uk. Please note a Monthly Membership Bundle can only be paused twice. Evidence of these circumstances may be requested and this provision is at the discretion of The Tanning Shop.
This must be done via customer services at customerservices@tfgg.co.uk and is assessed on a case-by-case basis. You may be asked to provide supporting evidence such as a doctor’s note for us to do this. We reserve the right to refuse extension of packages or memberships.
